With a background in software engineering and strategy, Joe is focused on driving growth through technology and shaping the tools that power our movement. His role goes beyond systems and code — it’s about creating digital foundations that support patients, partners, and advocates.

 Rich plays a key role in shaping GroupCani’s long-term vision and strategy.

Drawing on his experience in leadership and advisory roles, Rich provides the guidance needed to help steer GroupCani’s growth as a movement in UK medical cannabis and culture. His focus spans direction, partnerships, and future planning — ensuring that every step we take aligns with our mission and values.

By bringing clarity, foresight, and strategic insight, Rich supports our aim to make GroupCani more than just a business. His work helps us grow into a community-driven movement that blends education, culture, and innovation, while staying rooted in integrity and impact.

Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)

We’re seeking a clinical leader with the passion and expertise to shape the future of UK medical cannabis with us.

The CCO will bring medical credibility and patient-first thinking to GroupCani, ensuring our projects and partnerships are rooted in compliance, safety, and integrity. They’ll play a vital role in connecting with clinicians, patients, and regulators, and in helping to shape responsible approaches to care.

 We’re searching high and low for the right candidate to lead our community growth online.

The Director of Social Media will be responsible for storytelling, engagement, campaigns, and influencer collaborations that expand our reach and build our movement.
